Kyung Joo Choi, runner-up by one stroke “Oops, bogey 18”

Choi started the day in a two-way tie for fourth place and carded six birdies (one bogey). She birdied Nos. 1, 3, 5, 9, 12 and 16 to cut the lead to one stroke, but missed the green at the par-4 18th for a bogey. Steve Stricker (USA) shot a 4-under par to win by one stroke (16-under par 194). It was his sixth win of the season, including the Senior PGA Championship. Senior Tour powerhouse Bernhard Langer (GER) finished tied for fourth (12-under 198), while John Daly (USA) finished tied for seventh (10-under 200). For South Korea, Yang Yong Yang is tied for 18th (7-under par 203) and Wee Chang Soo is tied for 46th (2-under par 208).
